Wanted to share Kitchen Bus driving
London to Athens by Road – Leaving Sunday 24th Sept. London
We need volunteer drivers to share driving with our main driver, the kitchen bus to Athens.
Driver - You must have a Class 1 or 2, D1 or a PSV class license.
If you passed your test before 1996 you can the share the driving.
The bus can turn-out over 10,000 meals per day
Also, volunteers needed for help in the kitchen bus operations.
Food, accommodation and return air ticket from Athens to UK provided. Trip will be for about 4 or 5 days
Help us to provide vital food for Syrian Refugees amongst others living in Moria and Kara Tepe refugee Camps in Lesbos, Athens. Over 7,000 refugees live in these camps, many of who are women and children. The cold winter months are upon us, help to take care of vulnerable women and children and help them survive in good health through these icy, cold months. Last winter many died due to severe cold and suspected hyperthermia.
