WCJ (We Clear Junk Ltd) is a waste collection and recycling company in North West London.
We are looking for hard working drivers and team supervisors to join our team. We have an excellent core team and our drivers tend to stay with us, which says something about our company culture.
You must have a Class 2, (Category C / C1) driving licence and a CPC.
You will also need a Tacho card (these can be ordered in a couple of weeks if you don’t have one).
You must be physically fit (Our 2 man team load our trucks together)
The work includes physical lifting and loading, and it is essential that you are able to be polite and clear when dealing with our customers. The role requires careful planning of the day and you will be working in a team of two, both of whom help loading the Junk onto our trucks.
* Our Class 2 drivers earn £26,000 - £30,000 per annum PLUS Tips and bonuses.
* Pay can increase with targets hit.
* Drivers who become team supervisors can earn more.
* We have a system where useful items collected are “earned” by staff, adding extra value.
* We offer UNLIMITED holiday (* when pre-agreed with your manager).

The day starts at 07:00am and finishes when the last jobs are completed, normally between 4pm and 6pm.
