Velvet Living is one of London's premier event furniture hire companies. We are on the hunt for a reliable and conscientious driver to assist with deliveries, installations and collections of their furniture hire stock. This person will also assist in the general warehouse prep and maintenance of our hire stock when not doing deliveries.
We are looking for a hard worker who is a team player with a "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate is to be able bodied, happy working antisocial ours when required. A good level of spoken English is a requirement. You will be in direct contact with our clients when on site so being personable is a must.
Candidates must be 25 or over with full driving licence, and happy driving vans of up to 3.5t capacity. A good knowledge of wood working or carpentry is preferable. The ideal candidate would become a full-time member of staff but we are open to applicants that can only work part time on an ad-hoc basis.
Successful applicants will be given a paid trial day in the warehouse where they will be assessed.
Preferably applicants must be located close to our warehouse in Earlsfield SW17
