We are looking for a trustworthy and energetic team member who will be working in our Canary Wharf office. Our small team has a very healthy working atmosphere and respectful attitude towards fellow workers. Nevertheless, we expect the same kind of attitude from you!
The job requires great peoples skills and sharp mind with computers (Excel, Word and our custom dispatch and accountancy system).
Main duties:

Looking after 150 drivers and their professional needs.
Dealing with drivers' financial affairs
Recruiting new drivers
Testing drivers skills
Dealing with complaints and compliments about drivers.
Checking the quality of vehicles and drivers' appearances.
Completing daily predictions about the high demand for our service.
Taking part of the ongoing business development.

Salary is hourly based and adds up to between £25K to 30K per annum (including holiday pay), depending on your experience and skills.
Please note that we are looking for the long-term commitment!
