Vanguard Filebank provides document storage and management. Vanguard is a well-established business and has been trading for over 50 years. We are a family business; we value our people and take pride in the service we offer. We have a vacancy for a driver and storage operative to join the team in Alperton. The role is varied and will involve regularly dealing with customers, archiving document boxes, driving into Central London and keeping the warehouse clean. Ideally we would like someone who is able to provide occasional back up in the office -answering calls and updating the document management system. The role is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
All applicants preferably need –
•             A clean driving licence with some experience driving a van.
•             A great attitude to customer service.
•             The ability to get on with everyone in the team.
•             To be fluent in English both written and spoken.
•             To be able to work in a methodical way.
•             A flexible approach to duties.
•             An excellent telephone manner.
•             To be computer literate.
•             The motivation to occasionally work alone.
The starting salary for this role is £18,500 per annum. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
