We are a 16th Century Country Inn on the coast in Dorset 2 hours from London on main line close to Bournemouth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and able to work in a busy fast paced Kitchen, and feels passionate about serving traditional British cuisine and fresh Fish, using best quality ingredients, , great attention to detail with flair and imagination in presentation, with a calm can do personality,
We make every thing on site, and take great pride in every thing we serve,
You must have all round experience in a busy kitchen environment, be organised, able to work independently, and with our head Chef and team, Have a great love of seasonal cooking and the ability to run the Kitchen on Chefs days off.
You will be working 5 day 42 hour week with 2 days off together,
