Doppio coffee warehouse looking for an experienced manager to lead our 3 shops in central London, opening soon the 4th.
As a Retail Manager you will have full ownership of the store's performance and be responsible for delivering operational and financial results and high standards in customer service.
You will also be responsible for managing, motivating and developing your team
of 20 colleagues, recruiting and training.
Previous experience managing a team of people is essential.
Coffee/barista skills and a passion for great coffee.
Knowledge of working within a 'branded' environment.
Sales and marketing background can be helpful.
Coaching and developing your team.
Availability to work shifts which can include early mornings and weekends depending on the needs of the business, shops working hours from 07:30 to 18:00, 7 days.
Must hold a valid UK/EU driving licence, Scooter riding experience, Company Scooter and Phone will be provided.
