Door Person and Luggage Porter (Dual role)
The Milestone Hotel is a beautiful five star hotel located in London’s Kensington. This wonderful hotel has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury Suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a sumptuous lounge area, award-winning restaurant and fantastic bar area. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive customer service.
The Concierge Department is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate to take on a dual role of Door Person and Luggage Porter and to provide our guests with outstanding service in this lovely five star property.
Key responsibilities of the Door Person/ Luggage Porter will include:
• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Assisting with guest luggage
• Parking guest cars
• Ensuring that the front area of the hotel is clean and tidy at all times
• Assisting guests with directions to and from the hotel and to local attractions

Shifts: 2.30pm - 11.00pm 5 days a week (Mon-Sun)
The ideal candidate for the Door Person/Luggage Porter position should:
• Have previous experience within a costumer facing role
• Have good knowledge of local attractions and seasonal events
• Communicate effectively in English
• Portray professional standards at all times
• Have a friendly and bubbly personality
A clean UK and/or European driving license is desirable for this position and for insurance purposes all applicants must be over the age of 25.
