We are looking for a Door Person/ Greater/Concierge to join our dedicated team at The Brewery.
The Brewery is the premier event and fine dining venue in the heart of City of London, from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. Our aim is to carry on the proud tradition of the Whitbread Brewery, which has been at the heart of entertainment in London since the era of Lords Nelson and Byron.
We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Brewery team as a Door Person/ Greater/Concierge on zero-hour casual basis.
As Door Person/ Greater/ Concierge, you will be the first person a guest will meet when arriving at The Brewery and it is therefore vital that you provide an efficient and courteous service to all visitors. You will be also responsible for arranging taxis for guests, controlling vehicle access to court yard and keep numerical records of guest attendance. In this role you will be working mainly at The Brewery entrance court yard with a mix of day and evening shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who preferably have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have impeccable manners and customer service skills as well as excellent communication skills.
