We are seeking an evening/weekend host to join our growing team at Kurobuta, spiritual home of Scott Hallsworth.
Kurobuta is a social gathering place where friends can meet to drink and share award winning small plates of food ranging from tempura to sushi and our famous Robata BBQ. 
We are all about fresh produce that is ethically sourced and served in an up beat lively environment.

Responsibilities will include: 
- Management of the table bookings for the evening
- Liaising with the front of house team on table availability
- Working closely with the bar to ease customers into the restaurant
- Ensure each and every customer leaves with a great experience
- Having consistent excellence in Food, Health and Safety 
- Driving consistent brand standards
