Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic DONATION MANAGER – Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Management their donation income
• Issuing standard or customised donation rebate receipts.
• Increasing contact and building better relationships with donors.
• Reporting on various items such as income and outcomes of organization
• Assisting in gift reconciliation with the general ledger
• Assisting in donor cultivation and stewardship events as needed
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE TIME: 9:00AM - 5:00PM. ON WEEKDAYS
NO PREVIOUS experience IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTARY UNPAID ROLE.
INITIAL COMMITMENT OF 2-3 DAYS A WEEK (FLEXIBLE).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
