Award winning Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel is looking for Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Dominique Ansel Bakery London!
Our flagship UK location is on Elizabeth Street in Belgravia and features a menu of signature pastries from our original shop in NYC as well as a new line of London-only items.

You will be working with a top-Tier team in a professional and creative environment. We believe in promoting education among our team and building strong and solid techniques and foundation. You will learn a great deal while here and work directly with Chef Dominique.
Main Requirements:
• 3-5 years minimum experience as a Chef de Partie/Commis
• Ideally a mix of both restaurant and retail background
• Familiarity with the brand the style of work that we do, compatibility in our styles is key
• Stamina
• Ability to work well with a team of 20-25 staff members
• An absolute must is a positive personality.
