Our flagship UK location is located on Elizabeth Street in Belgravia and features a menu of signature pastries from our original shop in NYC as well as a new line of London-only items.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a work environment that is fast-paced and customer-service oriented. Be prepared to work hard and learn about food, hospitality, and service.
Members of our team are expected to have POS and coffee knowledge as well as be comfortable with menu memorization and regular communication with the team on inventory, customer service, and special promotions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee shop floor and staff working each shift
• Proper opening and closing procedures and setting the pace for the team
• Full knowledge and practice of all FOH positions, jumping in when needed
• Training of team members on job duties and standards
• Possess a positive attitude, be responsible and come with a smile!
• Ensure adherence to standards and service levels
• Maintains our high standards and continuously provides excellent customer service.
