We are currently recruiting a Domestic Supervisor for a hospital unit based in the Beckenham area. This is a great opportunity for you to further your career and join one of the UK's largest FM company.
 
Your main duties will be to:
 
* Ensure all area's of the building are cleaned to first class standard
* Supervise the 10 to 15 domestic assistant, ensure they have adequate material to carry out their duties
* Staff to receive training on equipment and machines
* Ensure good working practice of staff under your supervision, especially where chemicals and hazardous substances are in use (COSSH)
* Transport cleaning equipment and products to different site clinics
* Conduct regular review meeting with client and team
* General administration duties
 
Candidates will need previous supervisory experience, managing and motivating a team, strong knowledge in COSSH, effective communication skills and hold a valid UK driving license.
  
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 3.00pm or 11.00am to 7.00pm,£20000 to £21000 per year, other great benefits included paid pension scheme, holiday and free uniform.
 
Successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
