We are looking for a dog-loving part-time housekeeper to work around 10 hours per week spread across three afternoons (we are flexible on exact days and timing). We also offer five and a half weeks of salaried leave each year. We are a professional couple with a dog, and live in a two-bedroom apartment. The job involves cleaning the house, changing bedlinen, laundry and ironing, general tidying, and walking our dog.
We are seeking someone in particular who really really loves dogs, and is happy to look after our elderly Beagle (which largely consists of giving snuggles and treats, since he is rather lazy!). Other than that we would like someone who is reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and who has experience and references. Our last housekeeper was with us for over two years, and we would be happy to provide contact details for her to give us a reference too.
We would also need someone who is prepared to do occasional live-in weekends and house and dog-sitting from time-to-time (£30 per day) when we go away (not more than a few times a year).
