2132E DOMESTIC COUPLE - Live in, Belgium
Location: 25 minutes drive from Antwerp
Family: 2 adults and a teenager on the weekends
Duties:
- Housekeeping and care of art objects
- Shopping when necessary
- Cooking meals of high quality and serving
- Takes care of the organization and control whenever the meals are prepared by a catering service
- Organization of the maintenance of the house, performed by the intendant personally or by a third person or company
- Welcoming of guests and taking care of the cloakroom
- Preparing the tables and also take care of the decoration for the tables
- Management/arrangement of the table service and the cutlery
- Preparation of the guestrooms
- Management of the household linen, with great care: laundry, ironing and storage
- Ensure the monitoring of the property
- Management of the alarm-system
- Security control in the house and its outbuildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden of the property
- Controlling of the level of the fuel-tank for the heating of the house
- Placing of fuel orders for the heating
- Removal of the weeds on the property
- Controlling of damages and ordering suppliers for the necessary repairs
- Repairing small and simple damages
- Handling the receipt of deliveries and mailing
Notes/Requirements:
Previous experience in a private household
Fluent/Intermediate English
Working hours: Flexible, 40 h per week (more working hours when the family is in the property and less when they are out)
Salary offered: 40,000 euros net per year
Accommodation offered: separate house of approximately. 157 m² (living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms)
Starting date: as soon as possible.
