Document Controller Vacancy in London

Successful Construction and Development company due to the rapid growth is looking for the individual who wants to develop their administration skills and gain experience in Document Control Role.
Role and Responsibilities:

Manage the receipt and processing of construction project information and documentation.
Downloading and formally recording documents to company servers/systems.
Ensure that all documentation, drawings and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision.
Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team.
Issue and distribute controlled copies of information.
Printing, copying and scanning
Providing support to the Office Manager in any administration duties.
Liaising with Project Manager, Site Managers and various installers.

To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail with exceptional organisational skills.
You will have to deliver responsibilities consistently on time and to a high standard.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent data entry and document management skills.
You will have an excellent telephone manner.
You will have ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
You will have a good command of English
Familiarity with Construction Drawings is an advantage.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Packages is welcome, but not essential.
