UMS Bike, a division of Unsworth Global Logistics is a dockless cycle operations support company is looking to get some motivated team members on board to support logistics operations and basic maintenance to keep North East London moving! Job Role:
Patrolling the streets of North East London, our street wardens are at the centre of the action, ensuring our service is as efficient, streamlined and reliable as possible. Responsibilities include:
• Acting as an ambassador, enthusiastically engaging with customers
• Providing customers with information, directions and assistance with the service
• Responding to customer enquiries and reports
• Locating bicycles and carrying out basic safety checks
• Carrying out minor adjustments
• Working closely with head office to report and escalate any issues
• Redistributing bicycles to improve usage and rider experience
• Updating the system as to the exact location of the bicycles

Requirements:
• Be prepared for active shifts with plenty of walking and cycling
• Offer flexible working hours and be on hand to work weekends on a rotation
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have a good local knowledge of North East London and its cycle routes and an interest in bikes
• Fully immerse yourself in the service, showing great enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Trustworthy and reliable, you will be required to work independently
• Environmentally conscious, with a desire to help bring sustainable transport to North East London
