Crystal Ski Holidays is the UK and Ireland’s most recommended ski company providing outstanding ski experiences both on and off the mountain.
We’re looking for people passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for our customers throughout their journey with us. You’ll deliver a fantastic service throughout by providing a personalised service that is nothing short of exceptional.
We have a variety of roles available in our call centre in Surbiton, all for 6 month contracts over our busy winter period (October start). If you prefer helping our customers choose and book their perfect ski holiday or help them afterwards with organising special requests or assist them when we need to change their booking we've got a position for you. We have full time positions as well as part time (30 hrs).
What we're looking for:
• Be a keen skier or snowboarder with expert knowledge to share with our customers
• Have a passion for delivering service and results, put the customer at the heart of everything you do, and understand how much having a great holiday means to our customers
• Enthusiastic and a highly effective communicator and great at working with other people
• Love learning new skills and you want to work in travel
• Chatty and personable – you build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
• Unflappable in a crisis, can think on your feet and don’t shy away from dealing with customers in difficult situations
• Ability to quickly to spot potential problems and are good at solving them using your own initiative so everyone ends up happy
• Ability to bounce back from setbacks and have a “positive” and “bring it on” attitude to life
• Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment
• Flexible to work shifts across a 7day week in line with customer demand
• Reasonable mathematical ability, strong verbal and written English
• Willing to adapt to regular business change and new technology
• Great at working on your own remotely, but like being part of a large team
