Your Role.
You’ll be responsible for managing and training your team to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting your businesses targets. Your attention to detail means that you’re on top of every element of running your business from front of house and kitchen, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance. You would report through an operations manager directly to the owner.

• Do you hold a current Personal License for the sale of alcohol as issued under the Licensing Act 2003?
• Are you able and willing to act as the DPS.
• experience in food service and kitchen operation.
• experience in live music and student lead venues.
The Starting Salary is at £26k. The bars are newly refurbished and offer the successful candidate a chance to develop and lead the bar using their own skills and ideas.
