Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Planning and coordination of operational work before start of shift.
• Communicate with Airline clients daily basis and take their requirements
• Quality and quantity control and sign-off as per production and menu specifications
• On time delivery and dispatching of food assembly and production lines
• Communicate with all the department and pass on the required information
• Ensure correct shift handover and reporting procedures.
• Take pro active steps to ensure own skills and knowledge continue to improve in all aspects including technical.
Professional qualifications:
Essential:
• Basic Health and Safety / food safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous leadership working experience in similar industry
• Excel Knowledge advance level
• Good level of English
Desirable:
• Previous airline catering working experience
