Discreet Live in Nanny to have care of one baby of 7 months old in Oxford with Extensive travel.
A lovely position for an experienced Nanny with excellent Baby experience to be based primarily in Oxford but with lots of travel. The family have homes in Oxford, Zurich and other places. They are looking for someone who loves to travel and can be flexible as they will be away for lenghty periods of time. The mother works and sometimes stays away so you will be proxy parenting, but times she is around they want the Nanny to be able to use their initiative to give them family time alone. The Dad works away due to his work commitments and when home wants to spend time with the Baby.
You will need to be a driver and you will have use of a car provided to you. They have had a Maternity Nurse and so they have a good routine in place. They are looking for someone fun, lively, forward thinking and has a happy disposition. All baby experience and knowledge of all developmental stages is required.
They are very flexible with the days worked and can be accommodating to the candidate but when in Oxford you will be working a 5 days week. Hours are 12 hours a day, this can be longer when travelling and also Proxy Parenting. Flexibility is key in this position. They are a lovely family who will look after you.
