Dirty Bones need the right person to join our fun, energetic management team.

We love people who want to develop themselves and be on hand to help others in their training, you would need a passion for customer service and fantastic people skills. A willingness to get Stuck in and organisational skills would be a big asset.
Each site is very different; from our basement bar in Kensington to our high volume restaurant in Kingly Court, Denman Street has a true lounge feel to it and Shoreditch is our Grade II listed building. Dirty Bones Shoreditch is located opposite Shoreditch High Street Station and 10 minutes away from Liverpool Street, loads of connections all over London but ideally you'd be based East to ensure you have a better work/life balance.
We embrace quirky people, we welcome ideas and passion, we develop people who want to learn and staff welfare is non-negotiable in its importance to us.
We will need you to have the right to work in the UK, lots of personality and able to work evenings and weekends. At least a years worth of supervisory/management experience is essential, we will consider someone early into their management career who is looking for an opportunity to progress. We're looking for an average of 40-45 hours per week in varying shift patterns, however, we have a great management team in Shoreditch and rotate weekends off and look after each other's welfare.
Pay starts at £10 + per hour but is flexible for the right individual, we incentivise our teams and have regular staff parties, the team discount is there to encourage each member of our team to visit the other sites and also a means by which we treat our family and friends, there’s great progression and training opportunities and a real team ethic across all of the sites.
