Dirty Bones is looking for the right person to join our fun, energetic BOH team.
We want to work with people who are passionate about an evolving, exciting industry, people who have a strong work ethic, people who are interested in helping us grow our business, people who are happy to bring ideas and innovation to the table, people who are creative and people who love being part of a team.
You will need to have eligibility to work in the UK, a valid national insurance number and bank account, at least 1 year of experience in the kitchen in a management capacity and a passion for being part of a great team.
We’re also flexible with which site is available, we’re all happy to work in other sites as each one has a different vibe to it. For us, it’s about placing you in a kitchen that best suits your style and your development. For us, it’s about the right fit.
Each site is very different; from our basement bar in Kensington to our high volume restaurant in Kingly Court, Denman Street has a true lounge feel to it and Shoreditch is our Grade II listed building.
We embrace quirky people, we welcome ideas and passion, we develop people who want to learn and staff welfare is non-negotiable in its importance to us.
Pay starts at £10 + per hour but is flexible for the right individual, we incentivise our teams and have regular staff parties, the team discount is there to encourage each member of our team to visit the other sites and also a means by which we treat our family and friends, there’s great progression and training opportunities and a real team ethic across all of the sites.
