We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, fast paced, customer-orientated SALES STAFF to join our On-Street Sales force. We offer full training and development for this full-time seasonal position in the heart of Central London.

Seasonal Contracts lasting for 2 months are available ending in September 2022, with opportunities for an extension or transfer to permanent staff for outstanding individuals. We offer a weekly rate of £387 - £482 basic, plus commission and other incentivised bonuses.
Job Description
You will be required to actively pursue ticket sale opportunities and provide excellent customer care, including providing details of all the company’s sightseeing services to customers/prospective customers.
You must provide a consistently high level of service to the company’s customers.
Skills Required
•          Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills;
•          Previous sales experience;
•          Ability to gain a rapid understanding of the company’s products and procedures;
•          High standard of presentation, time-keeping and ability to work under pressure;
•          First class communicator, (language skills would be an advantage);
•          Commercial understanding to enable the operation to prosper against external competition;
•          Ability to work outdoors, in a Tourist Environment in Central London.
Hours/Days of Work
Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days in a week, Saturday to Friday, as indicated on a Rota. Weekend working is essential and you must be available for our peak service throughout July and August.
Pay Rates
Established Basic Rate £10.70 per hour, (Training/Starter rate £8.60 per hour normally applicable during first 6-8 weeks of employment).  Commission can also be earned with a potential to exceed an additional £100 in a week (depending on personal sales).  Work rest day rates are £10.75 for training/starters and £13.00 per hour for established staff.
