The Cloister is a boutique, well established, estate agency located in London's West End, specialised in lettings across central and prime central London.
We are recruiting talented and experienced telemarketer for our West End office and the position requires calling our database of home owners to generate leads.
Required Skills and experience:

Great phone/communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.
Proficient computer skills
A professional attitude
Demonstrate good objection handling skills.
Work well in a fast paced, competitive environment.
Able to work effectively without being micro-managed.
experience in a similar role

Key Tasks / Duties:

Contact home owners by telephone/email to promote our services.
Deliver scripted sales pitches
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
Handle customer questions
Schedule appointments for our representatives to meet prospective clients.
Reach and exceed weekly targets
