We serve Gravy-soaked, roast meat Sandwiches (DIPS) and Griddle-smashed Burgers (FLIPS). We wash it all down with quality Beer and a cheeky Pickleback or two.
We are also passionate about people; both the guests that frequent our restaurants, and our amazing staff that serve them.
A position for a General Manager has become available in our Brixton branch, which will shortly undergo a small refurb. Alongside this we will be relaunching with some menu changes and a stronger focus on our Drinks offer. We are aiming to make the Brixton Branch a destination for customers complete night out. We will need a manager who can really drive late night sales and group bookings, who has confidence in both a bar environment and overseeing a kitchen team.
We're looking for a hard working, passionate person to fill the role. Past managerial experience in a similar environment is important but General Management experience is not essential. Maybe you've been working as a deputy for the last few years and your ready to take the plunge with a site of your own? The right applicant will be a natural leader, willing to lead a team from the front in a fast paced Restaurant environment.
You'll be fully accountable for team recruitment and development, PNL reporting and control, and be driven to deliver outstanding results. You'll work closely with our experienced Operations Team, and possess a mindset and ability to learn and develop, and be willing to wholeheartedly buy in to our culture and service style.
