We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Dim Sum Chef to join the team at Mayfair Gardens based on North Audley Street, just off Oxford Street.
We are ideally looking for Dim Sum Chefs to work with the Head Dim Sum Chef to produce the highest quality Dim Sum on a daily basis.
We are ideally looking for a Dim Sum Chef who:
• Has a minimum of 1 years’ dim sum experience in a busy destination restaurant with the ability to work under pressure
• Has experience working within a high quality Chinese restaurant with good knowledge of Asian and dim sum ingredients
• Have strong dim sum skills
• Is a good team player
