The Digital Seller experience Specialist will support and drive digital transformation by the driving digitation of the sales process. Support and create an environment for Sales teams that puts more and better information at their fingertips, allows for seamless cross-functional collaboration and introduces new engagement mechanisms. Support implementation of a tailored technology stack to transform sales processes and provide training to drive adoption of digital selling toolkit.
The Digital Seller experience Specialist integrates digital customer experience with sales and partner teams to optimize customer experience.
Main responsibilities:
Drive the digitization of the sales process.
Leverage analytics and technology to work smarter.
Ensure process simplification.
Enable team players to use and adopt best practices.
Measure success
Our profile of preference:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 + years of relevant experience – preferable.
Previous experience in sales in partner or customer facing environments (mandatory)
Solid project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge and experience in establishing and developing relationships with partners or customers.
experience working in a virtual sales organization.
experience with digital and social selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation platforms.
Proficient in English – mandatory
Very good with Digital tools (Email automation, Salesforce, AI, Video,)
Good with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
CRM understanding and Project Management platforms.
