Role Digital Marketing Manager This is an exciting new role for an ambitious marketer with excellent communication, digital and social media skills. You will joining a dynamic sales and marketing team and supporting our day-2-day marketing activities. Purpose: To be responsible for the day-to-day marketing operations and execution of digital marketing and communications for the restaurant. This role is critical to the business, providing support to the business in achieving its financial and growth targets. Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will co-ordinate activity across the digital channels, manage day-2-day communications, deliver tactical marketing campaigns to drive covers and increase awareness and work with third parties to generate and activate content that is up-to date relevant and true to the brand, across multiple channels. Requirements:- A tertiary qualification in marketing and business- Excellent written and verbal communications- Digital marketing knowledge- experience in hospitality or luxury marketing- Day-2-Day responsibilities will include but is not limited to: Research- Undertake regular market research and analysis of key markets- Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness- Audience mapping- Data analysis cleaning and analyzing data; cross-analyzing Planning- Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners in Operations- Draft and execute integrated marketing and campaign plans, aligned to the marketing strategy and events calendar- Co-ordinate and activate communications related to operational changes including; menu changes, special menus and opening times, etc.- Develop a digital content plan on a quarterly basis- Ensure the guest database and CRM lists are kept clean and up-to-date Day-to-day project management- Manage relationships and provided update content to online restaurant and marketing platforms and vendors (Square Meal, Timeout, The Handbook, Visit London, Seven Rooms) to optimise coverage and effectiveness- Agency, media and marketing platform liaison and management- Co-ordination and publishing of e-mail communications- Using online marketing tools (Mail Chimp) and data analytics (Google Analytics)- Contribute to the wider Sales and Marketing planning, making recommendations, suggestions, or improvements- Coordination point for all internal departments including; reservations, creative, new business, front-house, kitchen, data analytics) Digital Marketing- Working with the Director of Sales and Marketing and third party agencies, to create and co-ordinate digital content to align to the strategy and plans- Update the website with optimized written content- Execute social media with support from third party- Co-ordinate and curate daily content for social media (e.g. IG Stories)- Explore opportunities to use new technologies and content to encourage engagement and sharing Communications- Responsible for writing and editing written communications for internal and external audiences- Manage on-going communications; including emails and blog content.
