Digital Marketing Expert Job

We are a wellness Startup company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Expert. The ideal person will be responsible for generating new users to our website and subscribers to our mailing list.
THE ROLE:
- Email Marketing, segmentation, tracking and optimization (Knowledge of Mailchimp is pre-requisite)
- Helping to source content for our pages.
- Working with influencers to create content partnerships.
- Using social media ads to increase reach for the pages.
- Help to drive a content strategy that works for our audience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of subscribers by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
- Manage our social media presence, engagement and following
- Write compelling copy and create images for email marketing and social media platforms
You will be working with the business owner and her team in getting the company name out there and attracting the right target audience. You will be the go to, for advice on all aspects of marketing. Hours are flexible and part time to suit you, but you will be required to be available on an ongoing basis as and when needed. You will be part of a team that will grow with the business. You will be paid on an hourly rate negotiable on experience, looking to start as soon as possible
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English speaking Communicator, both written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
- experience with newsletters and social media platforms and campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills for producing high quality reports and improving web and social media stats
- Accuracy and data-driven thinking.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, and SEO
- experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- experience with A/B testing
- experience in the production of compelling written and creative design of digital content
- A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work across project whilst delivering a high volume of quality work
