This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a fast-growing business. We’re looking for a super creative Digital Marketing expert who really understands social media and all things online! We need someone to come on board to help us launch some very exciting projects - candidates will have proven experience in rapidly growing online following and be able to bring to life a complex, multi-platform strategy.
As our Digital Marketing Co-coordinator, you’ll need to:
• Develop strategic campaigns for our social media presence – we need someone who can give us the solutions for fast paced growth and maximising engagement. You’ll also need to provide monthly insight reports tracking growth across all platforms and suggesting new tactics/solutions for addressing areas of improvement.
• Research content ideas and develop a strategy that cross promotes our social media, Blog, and grows our mailing list.
• Be in charge of updating the blog and website via Wordpress, as well as SEO and Google Analytics needs.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for producing good imagery and video content
• An understanding of how a high-growth business works. 2 + years’ experience in a start-up environment is desirable
• Plenty of ideas, and will welcome change with open arms
• The desire to be proactive – we need someone to give us ideas on strategy and be prepared to work hard in growing online presence fast
• Have a strong grasp of SEO and be well versed in Google Analytics and Wordpress
• Be self-motivated
• A degree in a relevant field is desired
• Examples of their previous digital strategic work to show how they have grown audience attention before.
