Reports to: Managing Director
Location: South Quay, London E14
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Digital Dialog is a digital marketing agency with specific expertise in the tourism and travel industry. We work with some of the world’s most loved destinations and travel brands. We’re currently looking for an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our small team where you will lead all creative development and assist with marketing campaigns too.
Primary Responsibilities
• Create digital assets for marketing campaigns from initial concept to final deliverables. Assets include design and development of:
o HTML5 banners, animated GIFs, static banners
o HTML Email newsletter (design and coding)
o Ad formats across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social channels.
o Beautiful and engaging brochures, presentations, PDFs, and document templates for both online and print.
o Microsites and landing pages (design and coding)
o Creating and editing videos (not mandatory but nice to have)
• Be the champion of creative concepts, keeping abreast with and suggesting new and innovative ways to promote marketing messages using latest ad formats, new tools and new trends across digital advertising.
• Communicating and liaising with clients on a daily basis in relation to the creation of the campaign’s digital assets.
• Manage the technical aspects of Digital Dialog’s Wordpress website to keep it up-to-date with the latest plugins, updates and minor enhancements as necessary.
• Managing content across the website by regularly adding new case studies, blogs and other content.
Secondary Responsibilities
In addition to your main role as digital designer, you will also assist with setting up and managing marketing campaigns. You don’t need to be a digital marketing superhero but you must have previous experience and a huge willingness and enthusiasm to learn and further develop your expertise in digital marketing campaigns especially in social media, search and display.
• Set up and manage digital campaigns on a day-to-day basis across Facebook, Adwords, Twitter and other digital and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Client account management and reporting.
Person Specification
Must Have (General)
• A portfolio showcasing your design concepts and finished outputs.
• At least 3-4 years of digital / graphic design experience producing high quality digital assets as described in the primary responsibilities.
• Degree educated ideally in the discipline of graphic design, web design or related professional qualification.
• experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing either working client or agency side is vital as you will be creating assets for marketing campaigns. Equally important is an enthusiasm in further developing your skills as a digital marketer.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Client management experience
• Excellent attention to detail.
Must Have (Technical)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver)
• HTML5, HTML and CSS
• HTML coding for email
• Responsive web design
• Wordpress
Desirable
• experience with Unbounce or similar tools to create landing pages
• Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
• Motion graphics or animation experience a plus
• Knowledge and experience of Facebook and Adwords campaign a huge plus
