WEB CONTENT / EMAIL MARKETING ( 10 Month MATERNITY COVER)
We have a vacancy for 10 Months Maternity Cover for this Role.
Based in London W1, STORM has grown to become one of the UK's leading brands for watches, jewellery and other fashion accessories. We distribute through numerous retailers in the UK and overseas.
Must be able to work on own initiative, be highly computer literate and be able to complete administration.
This is a dual role position:
• Web Content Administration / Email Marketing
• Internet Web Sales Administration and Fulfilment (providing holiday cover)
EMAIL MARKETING / WEB CONTENT ADMIN
• Solid knowledge and experience of PhotoShop essential
• Duties will include:
• Website Content Management.
• Email Marketing Creation and Management
• Digital Asset Production and Management
Photography, web skills and or previous commercial experience an advantage
You will be required to send a portfolio that can demonstrate ability
INTERNET WEB SALES ADMIN and FULFILMENT. (PROVIDING HOLIDAY COVER)
Must have fluent English skills both spoken and written as well as a good telephone manner. Duties include dealing with customer telephone calls, emails and processing orders including packing and dispatch of small parcels (normally under 1kg). This is mainly to provide holiday cover.
Previous Customer Service experience An Advantage.
Salary £20,0000 per annum
Hours 37.5 Hours / Week, Mon - Fri 9:30 - 18:00
20 Days Holiday ( Excl Bank Holidays )
Free Lunch Mon, Wed, Fri
Immediate start preferable.
