A carded digger driver is needed full time for work in NW8.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a carded digger driver to join a long-established design and construction company that specialises in residential refurbishments. Based in London, the successful carded digger driver will earn a competitive pay depending on experience.
Other key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Driving forward project programs set by Site Manager and ensuring you understand and comply with them.
Taking a ‘hands on’ approach to excavations, leading by example to ensure other groundwork's know what level of work is expected.
Motivating co-workers to deliver high quality work efficiently and safely.
Controlling excavator safety.
Ensuring that all health and safety and company procedures are adhered to on site and advocate general good working practice on site monitoring site conditions via database reports.

To be considered for the role of digger operator you must be highly motivated and have a can-do attitude with some leadership qualities. Ability to prioritise and work swiftly through a range of varied tasks to meet deadlines. In addition, the following key skills and qualities are essential:

Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Capable of pro-actively multi-tasking and prioritising workload within a busy environment.
Able to use your initiative to identify problems and solve them.
High level of professionalism and willingness to uphold OLBC standards and encourage them in others.
