Development Chef - Catering and Hospitality Group - London/National GBP45k + Package Salary is GBP45,000 plus GBP6k car allowance, healthcare and life cover Our client is seeking a quality development chef for their B and I business covering a broad range of sectors including finance, media, law, manufacturing, multi-tenanted buildings, and corporate environments.The contracts come in different shapes and sizes from large multi site operations catering for up to 2,500 people to small but equally important bespoke fine dining contracts in the City This is a national role but most of the sites are based in London / South and the M idlandsAs Development Chef you will report into the group's exec chef and support food development across the business, new mobilisations and troubleshooting in sites, onsite training and the occasional support at sites for events and a little bit of cover work Background will be stable and coming from high end B and I sites and companies with perhaps a good mixture of volume employee and hospitality fine dining.
