Due to continued expansion, The Wimbledon Print Company is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a creative, customer focused individual to join the sales and design team at the Wimbledon Print Company.
We are a small family run business, so you will have a varied and busy yet fun working environment.
It is a hybrid role, where you will regularly be required to switch focus between Customer Service, Graphic Design and Admin tasks. These are must-have skills.
Duties to include (but are not limited to):

Customer Service:
You will be ‘front of house’ and the first face that customers see, therefore we are looking for someone with a friendly yet efficient demeanor and relevant customer service experience. Amongst other things you will be taking design briefs and print orders, checking clients’ files, quoting clients, taking payments and liaising with our production hub. This will be a combination of face to face, via email and over the telephone.

Graphic Design:
You will need a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator and a creative eye in order to assist the Design team in designing and amending a wide range of online and offline materials such as logo’s, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, display stands, websites and much much more. As you progress within your role you will get the opportunity to work independently on design projects.

Admin:
You will be assisting the account management, marketing, and estimating team with various admin tasks such as, job entry, client management, enquiry and query resolution as required.

Any other interest or experience in Photography, Social Media, Videography, Animation or any other creative discipline is welcomed but not essential. Training will be provided on the technical aspects of designing for print.
