Our client is a well established and respected day nursery in the Southall area and they are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity for someone to take the next step within their childcare career within a fun and vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities
• The Deputy Manager will be responsible in dealing with the day to day running of the nursery alongside the manager.
• Overseeing a team of Practitioners and Room Leaders and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
• Planning games and activities for the children to participate in.
• The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for keeping parents informed of any key events or changes regarding the nursery
For this position you MUST have the following
• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• experience of working within a senior nursery position
