A lovely nursery in Ilford is looking for a Deputy Manager to join their team to work alongside the Manager.
This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8-6 however they are willing to be flexible with hours when needed.
The nursery provides care for up to 70 children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years and has between 12-13 staff.
You will be room based when needed and be expected to cover managerial duties when the manager is absent.
The Manager is looking for someone who is hands on, self motivated and can use their initiative to ensure a smooth running of the nursery day to day aswell as support and guide members of staff.

Minimum level 3 qualified
Managerial/supervisor experience
Understanding of Ofsted, Safeguarding and first aid.
Excellent communicator both written and spoken.
Ability to team lead

Salary- £22,000-£25,000 (depending on experience)
Start- as soon as possible
