We are on the search for a bubbly, dedicated and reliable Deputy Manager to come and join our thriving business in beautiful Chislehurst, with a modern take on service, food and drink! Newly refurbished as a Steakhouse, this is one of our busiest Inns and we are in need of a great Deputy Manager who can support the General Manager, build and maintain great relationships with our customers and help take the business to the next level.
As well as understanding and delivering all the nuts and bolts of the job (cash handling, stocks, cellar management, compliance), we are looking for someone who can deliver perfect hosting skills, show outstanding leadership and be able to remain cool and calm under pressure, all whilst maintaining a positive working environment. Above all- we want you TO BE YOU!
Restaurant experience in a similar environment would be desirable but most importantly, we really need you to have bags and bags of energy, a hunger to learn and a passion for great British pubs. You must also have a great eye for detail and be proud to deliver non-pretentious but outstanding fresh, British seasonal food.
