Deputy Manager - Leon Victoria Station
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our new Leon store at Victoria station - an experienced manager who wants to be part of our future new store openings in London too!
We are looking for the best Deputy Managers to come and help us achieve Leon's vision as we work together.
SSP have been delivering world class food and beverage experiences across the globe for more than 60 years. We operate a wide portfolio of owned and franchised food and beverage brands in travel and retail locations across over 30 countries and employ over 35,000 people - our 'food travel experts'.
The Role
As Deputy Manager working with our team at Leon, you'll be helping to manage a busy and vibrant business. You'll be coaching your team as they work, making sure that the store looks great and serving our customers amazing healthy and tasty food all day.
You will be taking ownership for the quality of service, financial performance and recruiting, coaching, and developing the teams to be the stars of the future.
Trading hours will be from 7:00-22:00 and you will have a team of 35.
The Details
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Management experience within a branded, high-volume restaurant or cafe environment.
* A proven background in motivating, leading and developing a diverse team of people to move business forward and take standards to the highest levels.
* Sound financial acumen and the ability to mentor managers in cost controls and P and L reviews.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels from team members right through to Operation Managers and Company Directors.
