We benefit from local businesses that use the pub for a quick lunch time and after work drinks and have a great relationship with several local hotels who recommend the pub to their guests.
As an Deputy Manager you assume all key responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager. You will have responsibility for our team on shift to ensure service standards, safety and security expectations are all met. You will train our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will assist the General Manager in identifying potential opportunities to maximize profits and enhance the customer experience as well as take responsibility for delivering high standards of business presentation.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us
In return for your passion and commitment we offer between £23.000 to £25.000 per annum dependant on experience, 28 days holiday, 20% discount in all our managed pubs and hotels, a fun and rewarding working environment and excellent career progression opportunities with our successful development programs and Management Academy.
