Previous experience within a service/food focused business.
You will have involvement over the menus be able to bring in new and exciting premium craft drinks.
The ability to engage and develop your team and customers
You must lead by example and always put your team and customers first
To have your own ideas and be able to implement these while creating a sense of fun
To be fully commercially aware and able to deliver great sales
