Role: Deputy Bar Manager
Salary package: £30,000 per year

We need you to be;
Previous experience at Bar Manager level in a smaller establishment, will be desirable
• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a desire to be best of class
• Experienced in working in fast pace and high volume venues
• People focused who enjoys leading and driving a team
• Commercial business acumen
• Extensive knowledge of wine, WSET qualifications would be an advantage
• Knowledge of all back of house duties including; stocktakes, ordering, and team management

The Lighterman, is on Granary Square, King’s Cross. Spanning the entire eastern side of the square.The Lighterman offers all-day drinking and dining across three floors, with outside seating overlooking both Regent’s Canal and Granary Square.
