The candidate, who will also be a PA to the Directors, needs to be diligent, hard-working and able to use their initiative to deal with a variety of requests.
As first point of contact for patients, this person needs to ooze charm and be a true gatekeeper for the team as well as relish the opportunity of working at the very highest level.
You will need to be immaculately presented, confident, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude within the team, and have a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach to patients. Rapport building is key to the job.
The successful candidate will be articulate, have excellent IT and organisational skills, dazzling telephone and communication skills and a professional work ethic.
