West London Dental Centres is a long established independent dental practice in the lovely suburb of Chiswick. We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our friendly team, to replace a long standing receptionist. To be the successful applicant you must be confident and have a an outgoing personality. In addition you must be presentable and have excellent communication skills, with previous experience working with dental practice software. Further IT skills would be an advantage in our selection.
The practice has four surgeries, and has a mix of private and NHS patients. Our premises are very modern with a team of 5 dentists, nurses, a hygienist and two receptionists.
The position is a full time role, and duties include dealing with patients checking in and out, completing the financial transactions, arranging diary appointments and dealing with telephone calls in the normal manner.
The salary and other benefits are negotiable, and will depend on experience and other qualifications and skills.
