Job Description
Dental Receptionist with occasional Dental Nursing required in a busy modern, NHS dental practice in Whitechapel (situated in Bart’s Health Nhs trust, which mainly looks after staff members of Bart’s Health Nhs Trust and Queen Mary University.
Post to commence June 2022
Main job role:
- Proficiency in English is a must and will be required to answer telephone calls and return calls.
- Punctual and Reliable
-Meeting and greeting patients
-Diary co-ordination
-Taking payments/handling money
-Answering telephone enquires
- Keeping and filing records securely.
- Job also includes administration duties such as placing orders and dealing with invoices, filing, writing letters, Banking and other ad hoc duties including Care quality Commission compliance.
Candidate requirements
-At least 1 years reception/admin experience essential in the dental field.
-Software of Excellence experience desired.
- Microsoft office knowledge
-Dental nursing experience.
-Candidate should be friendly, professional and well-spoken.
- Should be able to provide references
-Ideally should have a CRB Check and record of Immunisation.
Hours of Work : Normally Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5.15 pm.
Salary dependent on experience but in region of £8-9 / hour.
