We are currently looking to employ a Dental Receptionist who will provide all reception and clerical duties to support the operation of our Clinic. The Clinic is located near to the British Museum.
As a Dental Receptionist you are required to provide patients with the highest level of service. You will coordinate front and back office patient flow and notify back office staff of each patient’s arrival. You will assist the check out process of each patient by reviewing charts to ensure that all information is written properly and procedures are documented and they match the signed routing slip that the Dentist has submitted. You will maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment at all times.
Occasionally you have to take on Dental nurse shifts, assisting the dentist, mixing materials, cross-infection control, typing patient notes onto the computer and cleaning the surgery.
We are ideally looking for someone who has valid GDC registration (or dental nurse trainee status), speaks fluent English and Italian, highly organised, presentable, punctual and customer focused.
The salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
Working hours include morning and night shifts and weekends.
