We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Practice Manager/Deputy to oversee one of our Private/NHS dental practices based in Romford (RM1)
Previous experience of managing a dental practice is essential, we will consider applicants from a non-clinical background however a strong portfolio of managing a large team in a customer focused role and a proven track history of meeting targets is essential.
The practices are fully computerised with Systems for Dentists and SOE software.
Candidates will be:
Friendly, flexible, highly motivated, enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and organised.
Have good knowledge of CQC regulations
Have excellent communication skills
Organised with good people management skills.
The role will involve all responsibilities to ensure:
Efficient day to day running of the practice Staff management.
Ensure practice meets standards including CQC and HTM01-05, health and safety, clinical governance, audits etc. Stock control.
Develop marketing plans
Be able to cover nursing / receptionist duties when required.
Maintain and review practice policies/procedures.
Maintain and develop effective communication links with patients and referring dentists.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. This is a FULL time role, occasional Saturdays and evenings as and when required.
At least 2-3 years experience as a practice manager and / or dental practice management qualification preferred.
