Full time dental receptionist / dental practice manager required for mixed, modern dental practice. The practice is well established (over 50 years) and has recently relocated to purpose built premises.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist or manager with the dental experience and the drive to manage our dental practice.
The main proportion of the job will be practice management with a couple of days reception duties
Your role will ensure the efficient day to day management of the practice
You would be in charge of personnel
You would have financial responsibilities (banking, calculating wages)
There will be administrative duties, including keeping policies up to date
You would be in charge of health and safety and ensure that practice equipment is serviced and maintained
You would support the practice owners in ensuring practice compliance with regulatory requirements (for example, CQC).
Other duties may be necessary for the efficient operation of the practice (perhaps including the duties and tasks of a dental nurse in exceptional circumstances)
You would be expected to arrange and attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR
Reception duties
Ensure that the Reception desk is organised in an efficient manner and patients are looked after during their visit to the practice.
Salary dependant on experience and qualification
